To add a 4" lift Timbren Axle-less suspension to your 2016 Jayco Jay Flight SLX Travel Trailer I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S06 which has a 3500lb rating to match the axle on your trailer.
The # ASR3500S06 will bolt up to your trailer frame and replace your current leaf spring suspension with the built in progressive rate AEON main spring that does a great job at absorbing road shock, and will offer a much smoother ride than your current suspension.
The # ASR3500S06 uses the standard 3500lb bearing combination of # L68149 and # L44649 so you can reuse your hubs and brakes if they are in good shape, or you can replace them using # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if your wheels are 5 lug, or # 84656UC3-EZ if your wheels are 6 lug, and replacement braking assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA.
The only additional thing you will need is a piece of 2" x 2" square tube to run between both axle-less assemblies which you can pick up at a local metal shop and have it cut to the correct length for your trailer.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
