The Westin Stainless Steel Nerf Bars, # 23-1310, that you have referenced are for a 1999 to 2011 Ford F-250/F-350 SuperCab which is Fords version of an extended cab so they will fit. A SuperCab will have 2 full size doors and 2 half-sized doors. If this is what you have then these bars will fit.
If you have 4 full-sized doors then you have a Crew Cab and would want # 25-1330.
