Recommended Truck Bed Rack For 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 6-3/4' Bed

Question:

I want to buy and install the Yakima Outpost on the 6’ 8” bed of my F250. I already have a bed cover I like that fits inside the bed rails. I have access to my stake pockets and truck bed top side rails. Does anyone make a track that I can install on my bed rails that is compatible with the Outpost? Purchasing the compatible Retrax cover is not in my budget. Thank you!

I have a solution for you, but there is not a rail that will allow you to connect the Yakima Outpost truck bed rack to a tonneau cover that is not the Retrax XR tonneau cover. Instead, I recommend looking into the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel with Aluminum Crossbars # A70611. This will work with any retractable or soft tonneau cover that is mounted inside the bed rails but will NOT work with folding covers. This attaches to the top of the bed rail on your 2015 Ford F-250 with 6-3/4' bed. The crossbars on top have a channel that allows track-mounted accessories to be easily installed or removed.

If you have a folding cover or would like a more budget-friendly option then you could look into the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum # A4000955. This works with any type of tonneau cover just as long as it mounts inside the bed rails; it works with folding covers. The crossbars have a weight capacity of 500lbs and have the integrated top channel for accessories to slide into. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
