will I also need a brake relay kit and a battery charge line of some kind, or are they covered already?

The Roadmaster direct connect base plate kit part # RM-52357-5 is the correct fit for your 2014 Nissan Versa Note and would work great with the Roadmaster Sterling part # RM-576.
The Demco SBS DUO # SM99251 is a great option for braking too as it's the easiest to install in the permanent install style of system. I attached an install video for this on a similar Versa Note for you to check out as well.
Then for a lighting kit the part # RM-9284-2 comes with a diode kit as well as locks and a storage bag that fits the Sterling and you'd be set.
