I may have an option for you, but there is not a custom fit trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 1982 Toyota Pickup.
To install one I recommend using a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 with 7" tall mounting brackets or # 41990-16 with 16" tall mounting brackets. Each of these options work with frames that are up to 44" wide, but will need some fabrication to fit your frame, and will need to be welded to the frame by a qualified welder.
