Question:
Are there any adapters available to connect my revolution sidewinder to a gooseneck ball? 2013 F250 6.6” bed?

You can not adapt a Sidewinder to a gooseneck ball since it's a pivoting pin box style that just can't work with a ball since the Sidewinder needs something it can lock out against like a fifth wheel hitch head and jaw.
Now if you can get me the Sidewinder part number you have I can see if there's a gooseneck adapter replacement for it like a Reese Goose Box part # RP34FR which fits in place of the very common Lippert 1621 pin box.
