Most Inexpensive 2 Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2012 Toyota Yaris 5-Door Hatchback

Hello: I have a 2012 5 door Toyota Yaris hatchback. I would like a recommendation for an economical 2 bike rack which would fit this vehicle.

We have a few options that I think you will be interested in. The most economical bike rack available for your 2012 Toyota Yaris Hatchback model is the Hollywood Racks Express 3 Bike Rack, # HRE3. It uses rubber straps to hold the bikes and the bike cradles are independently adjustable. The rubber straps will last longer than Velcro-like straps and having independently adjustable cradles allows you to move the bikes farther apart if you need more room between the bikes to keep them from banging against each other down the road. This express can carry 1, 2 or 3 bikes up to 35 pounds each.

If you are carrying any womens, childrens or alternative frame bikes, then I also recommend picking up a bike adapter bar like part # HRBA-PRO. Bikes without a traditional top frame tube can be difficult to load on a trunk mount bike rack and this adapter will allow you to mount them easily and safely.
