Helpful Expert Reply:
Absolutely, the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1067 is what you need for your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. And remember to get a Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 so that you can plug the 7-Way inside your bed of the Silverado. This will help prevent any damage to your 7-Way connection and cord.
