What Options Are Available To Lower The Ride Height Of A Trailer?
Question:
I need to get my trailer lower to the ground. The spring is already at the point that makes the trailer as low as it can be from the factory. Tire size is ST205/75D15. Is there anyway to take it lower, via change tire size, anything that can compress the spring, etc? Thanks in advance.

Depending on how much you are looking to lower your trailer there are a few possible options.
One option is to replace the ST205/75D15 tires currently on your trailer with the Westlake ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" Silver Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # 274-000053 which are about 1.5" shorter overall.
Another option is to replace your axles with something Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Drop Spindle Only - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S04 which has a 4" drop spindle.
If you can tell me the weight of your current axles I would be happy to help to make a recommendation if you decide to go that route.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
