The Thule # TH934XTR Hitching Post Pro isn't a vehicle specific item, it will fit vehicles equipped with a 1-1/4 or a 2 inch hitch. If your 1-1/4 inch hitch is a Class I (check the label on the hitch) you'd be limited to carrying 2 bikes because adding a 3rd or 4th bike would put too much leverage on the hitch and its attachment points to the vehicle, possibly causing them to fail.
What you will need to determine is the distance between the hitch pin hole in your receiver tube and the furthest rearward portion of the spare tire on the back of your Wrangler. You'll need to choose a bike rack with a hitch pin hole to closest portion of the rack distance greater than the measurement you took. We mention this distance in the product description of all the bike racks we carry. I'll link to an article that explains exactly how to take the measurement I mentioned above.
If any of the bikes you're planning on carrying have a step-through style frame, you'll need a frame adapter bar like # UB01. The adapter bar attaches to the seat post and the handlebar gooseneck to provide a level spot to attach the bike to the rack.
The hitch pin hole to closest portion of the rack measurement for the # TH934XTR is 13-1/2 inches, which should fit your Wrangler Sahara just fine, unless your spare tire is super-wide. Just to be safe, I'd recommend taking the measurement as described in the article to be sure.
I've linked to a demonstration video showing the rack installed on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. As you can see, the rack fit perfectly, but the fit on your Jeep will depend on the spare tire.
