Swagman Bike Rack Similar to Chinook that Can be Used at Rear of 5th Wheel

I really like the Chinook bike rack for 2 bikes. Is it ok to put this on a 5th wheel RV?

The Chinook bike rack # S64683 is not rated for the rougher ride quality at the rear of a 5th wheel trailer but we do have the similar Swagman E-Spec part # S94FR that is approved for this application and would work great.
The ride quality is much rougher at the rear of a fifth wheel trailer when compared to a vehicle which is why the bike rack has to be reinforced for the additional stress.
