Recommended Low-Profile Tire Chains for a 2010 Ford Transit Connect

Question:

I need chains for a 2010 Ford Transit Connect. The car manual says Do not use chains on this vehicle, Im guessing due to low clearance around the tire. But I still need chains. What is the lowest profile chain you have that would work for 205/65R/15? Many thanks

If you need snow chains for your 2010 Ford Transit Connect with 205/65R15 tires, then I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning Low-Profile Chains, part # TH00023090. They are only 9mm thick and feature D-shape links for excellent traction. They are self-tensioning, so they automatically tighten and align as you drive and have a very easy installation.

Of course, these are not a confirmed fit for your Transit since the manual states not to use chains. However, if you need to disregard that warning, then these chains are your best option. I've linked to a video review of these chains for you to look at.
