Recommended Hitch for 2020 Nissan Murano and Bike Rack to Carry Heavy E-Bikes

Hi, I wanted to get a recommendation on a bolt on trailer hitch for a 2020 Nissan Murano. I’m also looking for a bike rack that I could potentially put two Step thru E Bikes onto. These bikes weigh a good amount, so keeping that in mind with any suggestions. Thanks

For a hitch for your 2020 Nissan Murano I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98907, which will give you a 2" hitch with a durable powder coating. This is a custom fit hitch that will bolt right up to the frame of your Murano and doesn't require any drilling.

For the bike rack I recommend using the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S94FR, which has a capacity of 70-lbs per bike, so it's ideal for heavy e-bikes. If your bikes have fat tires you'll also need the Fat Tire Adapter for Swagman Bike Racks # S64679. Since your bikes have step-through frames you will need bike frame adapter bars like the # 64005, but the E-Spec is a great rack with a high capacity that can be used on the 2" hitch recommended above. I also really like that it comes with a locking hitch pin and the ratcheting arms lock, as well, so everything is always going to be secure.
