Which Shank To Use Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution Hitch RP66074 In 2-1/2" Receiver
Question:
I got a new truck with a 2 1/2 receiver and I want to use my Reese Strait line weight dist hitch 12000 pound but I need a new ball mount. I am looking for something like Item # RP54998 but in 2 1/2. It need to have a hole above the midline as my trailer coupler is even with the shank. Do you have anything in 2 1/2

To use your Strait-Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - No Shank - Trunnion Bar - 12K GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # RP66074 in the 2-1/2" trailer hitch receiver your 2018 Ford F-250 has you will need the Curt Weight Distribution Shank for 2-1/2" Hitches - 6" Rise - 2" Drop # C17131 which has a hole above the centerline of the shank to allow you to level the system to your trailer.
