I would be happy to recommend the correct self adjusting electric trailer brakes for your 7000lb axle, but I recommend double checking that your drum is 10" x 2-1/4" since 7000lb axles typically have 12" brakes. I included a diagram of how to measure the diameter and depth of your drums.
If you do have 10" brakes then the best option we have is the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 4.4K # K23-478-479 which mount to a 4 bolt brake mounting flange.
If you find that you have the standard 12" brakes I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs # AKEBRK-6 which is designed to fit a 12" x 2" drum and and mount to a 5 bolt mounting flange.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
