What is the difference between TFR250SDJ and TFRTT350J? I have a 2020 F250 4x4.

That is a fantastic question. The Timbren # TFR250SDJ is their standard use suspension enhancement system. This is best suited for general everyday use.

The Timbren # TFRTT350J is their severe service kit. Per Timbren- We recommend Severe Service kits be used with a slide-in camper or salt spreader. In fact, any application that requires maximum stability (reducing roll and sway) calls for a Severe Service upgrade.
