The most reliable way to get towing capacities on a vehicle is to check the owners manual. There can be a lot of contradictory information floating around the internet so I would recommend you either check your owners manual or contact a Dodge dealer.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of a setup. Once you know that you can pick out a system that will work the best for you. You should note that any weight from cargo behind the rear axle of your truck should be counted as tongue weight. I attached an FAQ article on how to determine tongue weight for you to check out also.
Chances are the Reese Weight Distribution System # RP66542 that you referenced would be a good choice for you but I would still recommend you confirm what your loaded tongue weight will be before you pick out a system. You will want to pick out a system that encompasses the loaded tongue weight.
I attached an FAQ on weight distribution systems for you to check out also.
You will need a ball too. If you need a 2 inch ball you would want a Hitch Ball with 2 inch Diameter # A-90, or if you need a 2-5/16 inch ball you would need a part # A19286.
Since you mentioned a sway control system you might also be interested in a Reese Dual-Cam Sway Control System # RP26002.
