Trailer Hitch for 2018 Honda CR-V that Allows Kuat Sherpa Bike Rack to Fold Up
Question:
I just bought a Kuat Sherpa 2.0, 2 inch rack for my 2018 Honda CRV EXL, AWD. I am now looking to get a hitch installed on my vehicle. I want to make sure that the bike rack will fold up with no issues and have enough clearance to not hit the bumper. Please advise on which hitch would work best for my vehicle. Would either of these work? Class III - 2 Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch 76128 CURT 13397 Class 3 Trailer Hitch, 2-Inch Thank you in advance!

Since both of the hitches you mentioned would locate the hitch opening basically flush with the rear bumper of your 2018 Honda CR-V the Kuat Sherpa part # SH22G would easily fold up without clearance issue.
I'd go with the Curt # C13397 though over the # 76128 since it is more hidden due to only the hitch opening hanging below the rear bumper.
