What is the Distance from Pin Hole to Weld on Aluminum Ball Mount # 4285
Question:
I need a heavy duty ball mount with at least 5-1/4inch between the pin hole and any welds or gussets. This one appears to have that but I want to verify before purchasing.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled ball mount # 4285 to measure it. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the weld it measures approximately 7-1/2 inches. This is more than enough to suit your length requirements. This ball mount is a solid hunk of aluminum with a tongue weight capacity of 1,200 pounds and gross trailer weight capacity of 12,000 pounds. I made a video and a picture showing the measurement for you.
