Does Demco Stay N Play Require Using Brake Lite Relay Installed in 1993 Jeep YJ

Im looking at the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional for my jeep that will be towed. Question is about direction / blinkers. Do I need to but a diode kit too?

When you use the Demco Stay In Play part # DM86VR in your 1993 Jeep YJ Wrangler you will need to use the brake lite relay part # RM-88400 to prevent the Demco from overriding the turn signals when it steps on the brake.
