Availability of Aerodynamic 16 Cubic Foot Thule Roof Cargo Box to Fit 2013 Ford Escape

I am looking for a cargo carrier that will mount on my 2013 ford escape factory rack. I was hoping for about 16 cubic feet that is arodynamic. Does Thule make a cargo carrier that fits the factory rack.
