Question:

I am looking for a bike rack for two bikes that will go into a 2 receiver and will go with a 2019 Jeep Renegade. The spare tire is mounted on the rear swing gate of the Jeep so the carrier would need to clear the spare. What products do you recommend?

When determining which bike rack will fit your 2019 Jeep Renegade with the spare tire on the back you need to take a measurement first. This measurement is the distance from the center of hitch pin hole on your hitch receiver to the rearmost point of your spare tire (you can see this measurement in the photo I attached). If this measurement is less than 11" then you can use Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S63360.

This is a highly-recommended bike rack for Jeep owner's; we have many customers that have shared their feedback and photos showing that it can easily clear the spare tire on most Jeeps. This bike rack has a weight capacity of 35lbs per bike and has folding arms that can be folded down to save space when the rack is not in use.
