Will Draw-Tite Front Mount 2-Inch Trailer Hitch # 65046 Fit on 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab
Question:
Will this fit a 2006 Dodge Megacab 2500? I noticed the 1500 has a separate hitch receiver for the Megacab, just curious if it is the same for the 2500 and 3500.

After consulting with Draw-Tite, I have found the Draw-Tite Front Mount 2-Inch Trailer Hitch # 65046 trailer hitch you referenced will fit both the standard cab and mega cup models of the 2006 Dodge Ram Pickup. It has a line pull of 9000 lbs, a vertical load of 500 lbs, a GTW of 5000 lbs, and features a bolt-on installation with no welding required.
I provided links to the installation instructions and a video review of this hitch.
To keep any hitch accessory secure while using this trailer hitch, you might be interested in the Stainless Steel Hitch Lock # e98882. It fits 2-inch receivers and features a covered key slot to prevent corrosion and all-weather grips for improved handling in all environments. I have provided a link to a video review of this product.
