For your 2007 Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 with the 6-3/4' Bed I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2400 which is confirmed to work with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1108 you mentioned.
The # F2400 has a 5000lb load leveling capacity for supporting the rear suspension of your F-250 when towing a heavy trailer, or when you have your bed full. Keep in mind that air helper springs are designed to support your rear suspension and will not increase the towing or payload capacities of your truck.
To keep from having to get out and manually fill the air bags each time you are ready to tow I recommend the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function - 150 psi # F2219 which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in each bag from the cab of your truck.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
