Does the AirLift WirelessAIR Use Cell Service Signal?
Question:
Does the system need cell service to operate? I have noticed there is a small antenna on the remote screen and they don’t seem to work if that doesn’t appear

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000EZ uses Bluetooth to connect to the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Springs # AL88299. The antenna symbol you see on the screen indicates connection status or Bluetooth signal strength and not cell service strength.
Note that the system # AL88299 can only connect to one wireless controller at a time, whether it's your remote or the mobile app and will take about 30 seconds after disconnecting from one to pair with the other.
