For the hitch measurement, do you measure inside to inside or outside to outside?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 5350 is a multi fit hitch designed for RVs like your motorhome and has the capacity you are wanting. As long as the width of your frame is between 24 and 46 inches this would fit and work great. The other options we have like the # 13703 which fit a wider frame width range don't have the capacity.
