For your stock height 2003 Jeep Wrangler with the tire size you provided, I recommend the Glacier Tire Chains # TC3227 you referenced. Designed for both on- and off-road, these chains will provide a perfect fit for your Jeeps tires. These chains come in pairs and are economically-priced. Be sure to consult your vehicle owners manual for the proper use of snow tire chains.
I have provided a link to our FAQ page on Glacier Tire Chains.
