Recommended Cargo Carrier For 2010 Nissan Altima With 1-1/4 Trailer Receiver

The Flint Hill Goods 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier # FHG77ZR that you mentioned requires a 2" hitch receiver opening. The only receivers available for your 2010 Nissan Altima are 1-1/4", such as the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24796. In order to use the Flint Hill Goods carrier you will need to use Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" # HTAD; this will convert your 1-1/4" receiver to 2". Keep in mind that this adapter will reduce your hitch's tongue weight capacity by 50%, so if you are using the Draw-Tite receiver # 24796 with a max tongue weight of 200lbs you will now have a max tongue weight of 100lbs. The Flint Hill Goods carrier weighs 80lbs, which leaves you with only 20lbs to be added onto the carrier. I doubt that this will meet your needs, we need a better solution.

Your only other option is to go with a cargo carrier that fits a 1-1/4" receiver opening. I would look at the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155. This does not require a hitch adapter, so your trailer hitch receiver will not have any reduced capacity when using a cargo carrier like this.
