I have a solution for you, but the Thule Passage # TH910XT is not a confirmed fit on either the 2009 or 2013 Honda CRV. Instead, to carry 2 bikes you can use the Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # SA805BL, which is a confirmed fit on both the 2009 and 2013 CRV. Saris is one of the pioneers of vehicle mounted bike racks and they're known for building durable and functional racks. The Bones 2 has adjustable arms that allow you to keep the bikes level during travel and the anti-sway cradles will keep the bikes from contacting the vehicle or the other bikes.
I've linked a review video of this rack for you to check out.
