Can I Turn One Generator Off After My Air Conditioner Has Been Started
Question:
Hello, my rv has 15000 btu air conditioners. I read that the start watts is around 3500 but the run watts is 1800 or so. It seems I may not be able to start one ac unit with a single generator in your 6000 watt parallel kit, however I am wondering if I can use both generators to start the ac and then turn one off to save fuel, without losing the power to the parallel kit?

Yes. There's no issue with using the 6,000-Watt Portable RV Inverter Generators - 5,500 Running Watts - Parallel Kit - Gas - Remote Start # 333-0003-2-0007 in this manner and we've seen many users do this in the past.
