Are Tensioners Recommended For Titan Tire Chains
Question:
do you recommend using chain tensioners with these?

Expert Reply:
We sure do. The tensioners will help keep the chains tight to the tire and centered. They're pretty inexpensive and easy to used, so there's really no good reason not to use them. For the # TC1138 Twist Link chains, I'd recommend using the # TCMA2 tensioners which fit 14-24 inch rims.
The owner's manual for your 2006 Toyota Sienna recommends class S chains like the # TC1138, and goes on to recommend they be installed on the front wheels only.
I've linked to product videos for the chains you mentioned and the adjusters I recommended.
