When Installing Redarc In-Vehicle Battery Charger Does 7-Way Circuit Get Disconnected
Question:
When adding a dc to dc charger from my truck to my camper should I disable the factory charge line in the 7 blade connector ? If so, can I just remove the fuse for that wire, thanks very much.

If you were to install the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D to charge you camper battery you certainly could disable the 7-way's 12 volt accessory circuit if you wanted to as the charger would be covering the function of that circuit. I don't know what vehicle you have but removing the fuse would take care of that.
