Recommended Ball Mount With 1 Rise For 2017 Nissan Frontier
Question:
I have a 17 ground to top inside of a 2017 Nissan Frontier hitch receiver. The tear trailer spec for ball height from ground is 17-18. What ball mount should i buy. Thanks

Expert Reply:
Since your receiver height is 17" and your coupler height is about 17-18", you will be fine with a no-rise ball mount or a 1" rise ball mount. I recommend going with the Brophy Ball Mount - Aluminum - 8,000 lbs # EA20, which is 9-3/4" from center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole and is also 1" rise / 2" drop.
You will also need a hitch ball. For 1-7/8" go with # C40002, for 2" go with # 40038, for 2-5/16" go with # C40007.
