Will this bike rack accomodate a fat tire ebike weighing 65 pounds? Ill be driving from SoCal to New Mexico. Is this rack rugged enough for this trip?

I have another option for you, but the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY94FR you were looking at is only rated to carry bikes weighing up to 35lbs each and will not be able to accommodate your 65lb fat tire electric bike.
