From what I've found online, your Soul is capable of being flat towed if it has a manual transmission. If it does not, you'll need to use a tow dolly like the Demco # DM9713093 Kar Kaddy X.
If the vehicle can be flat towed, I'd recommend using the # RM-15247 Diode System which provides a 6 circuit umbilical to connect the motorhome with your Kia Soul. Four of the circuits would provide power and ground for the taillight functions, and the remaining two could be used for a power feed to the Soul's battery using a charge line kit like part # RM-156-25 from Roadmaster. Since the supplemental braking systems draw power from the towed vehicle battery, having a maintenance charge delivered to the battery would be important. Many supplemental braking systems use a hardwired monitor in the cab of the motorhome that will alert you when the brakes of the towed vehicle are being applied. The remaining circuit can be used for that purpose.
You'll also need a base plate kit like # RM-522115-5, a tow bar like the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain # RM-522 safety cables like # RM-643, a supplemental braking system like # BLU37TR and possibly a high/low adapter if the installed height of the base plates differs more than +/- 3 inches from the height of the receiver on the motorhome. I'll link you to an article that explains how to determine if you need an adapter.
