Replacement Radio For Magnadyne M9900CDS
Question:
I am looking to replace a Magnadyne M9900CDS radio in a Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome. It is on a 2008 Ford 450. I am looking for as close to plug and play as I can. Can you please help me?

This radio is no longer manufactured. Assuming this is the dash radio, then this is in a "1.5 Din" sized opening. The Magnadyne website has a user manual PDF with the wiring schematic.
I would replace this Magnadyne radio with the Jensen # JHD1630B radio which includes weatherband and input for AUX/USB. Like most new car radios, CD's are no longer supported. Since this radio is single DIN, you will need a single DIN to 1.5 DIN adapter available elsewhere.
The radio comes with a wiring harness that plugs into the back of the radio and the wires connect in the same fashion as the previous radio. I have attached a wiring scheme for the Jensen radio.
