Availability of 12 inch Brake Assembly with 4 Bolt Pattern for Trailer

I need a brake assembly12x2 with a 3.5” center hole and 4 bolt mount. Is this available?

Sounds like you have the offset 4-bolt mounting pattern on your 12 inch assemblies which are common for the AL Ko style assemblies like the part # 23-105 for the left hand side or part # 23-106 for the right hand side. Check out the picture I attached to verify with what you have.
