Replacement Brake Assemblies for Trailer Axle with Drums that are 10 inch by 2-1/4 inch
Question:
I’m currently rebuilding an avion trailer and need to rebuild the brakes. The drums measure 10” inside to inside and 2 1/4” wide pad. Mounting holes are 3” square. What kit would work best for this application?

What you mentioned nearly perfectly matches standard 3,500 lb trailer axle brake assemblies like the # AKEBRK-35-SA which includes a left and right side assembly. The only difference is the bolt pattern dimensions you mentioned. The standard size is 2-7/8 inches square which most likely you have and what this assembly kit was designed to fit.
