Off-Road Axle Setup for Intech Chase Flyer

Question:

Hello, Im looking at the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4 Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs Item # ASR35HDS02. My first question is if they have been installed on a Intech Chase Flyer, if its applicable. Second, Is it safe to attach to the aluminum frame. Third, I have trailer brakes on my current system, can I reuse on the Timbren. Finally, could you quote me everything needed to make the change. Id like to update the tires and wheels to a more all terrain tire as well. Thanks

I did some checking online and found that Intech actually offers an off-road package for the Chase Flyer that uses the Timbren Axle Less kit, so while we haven't had the chance to do it we know it is possible. We also know these can be used on aluminum trailer frames as well.

Since this kit uses a higher capacity spindle since it was designed with off-road use in mind it actually uses 5,200 lb axle hubs like the part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ and then the brake assemblies needed would be the kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA and you'd be set.

Then for an off-road wheel and tire that will bolt up to the hub mentioned we have the # LH66FR which has an off-road tire like you are wanting.
