I would be happy to help you find if you will be able to open the rear doors of your 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with the 60x19 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18100.
You will need to measure from the inside top of edge of your 2" receiver opening to the bottom of the doors on your Sprinter. If this measurement is greater that 2-3/4"" you will be able to open your doors when the carrier is empty without issues. Then it will depend on the height of the cargo that you add.
Additionally, this carrier sits 10-3/4 inches out away from the center of the hitch pin hole. You could measure out the 10-3/4 inches, then up the 2-3/4 inches to see where the carrier would sit.
I have attached a video that I hope will help you determine if this will work for you.
