I do have a solution for you, however, we do not currently offer vehicle-specific slip on tow mirrors for your 2017 Nissan Titan and we probably will not get any for this generation Titan. I recommend going with the CIPA Clamp On Towing Mirror w/ Adjustable Bar # CM11980-2. I really like this product because it will not cover your turn signal or anything on the front cover side of the mirror. It is easily installed by clamping onto the factory mirrors on your vehicle using a soft rubber material that will not scratch your mirrors. This setup offers a lot of adjustability and allows you to rotate the mirror down or out, depending on your preference. I have attached a demonstration video of this setup on a 2017 Nissan Titan.
