Where Does the Westin Off-Road Light Bar Mount to on a 2009 Dodge Ram

I have a 09 ram 1500 big horn and wanted to what this bolts to. Where the stock tow hooks mounts or between the painted bumper and grill ?

I attached a picture that I took from the instructions for this Westin Off-Road Light Bar # 37-02580 that you referenced that details how it installs and has pictures of the installation as well.

It looks like it attaches to the same location as your tow hooks, but you will not have to remove your tow hooks to complete the install.
