How to Find the Correct Replacement Tarp for Your Tonneau Cover

I wanted to know if this would fit Replacement Tarp for Access Lorado Soft Tonneau Cover Item # A42281 chevy Silverado 8 ft bed and does it have Velcro on the edges?. I’m replacing it with an old worn out Larado cover.

When looking at replacement tarps for tonneau covers, there are a couple of things that need to be taken into account to find the correct one.

The easiest way to find out if you are looking at the right replacement is to know the serial number of your original cover. For example, the # A42281 that you referenced is a replacement for the Access Lorado Soft, Roll-up, part # 834532007509. If that was your original serial number, then that is the correct replacement tarp.

Of course, that is definitely not going to be the serial number of your tonneau cover because that specific one is for 6-1/2' beds on the 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. This leads me to the other way of narrowing down your tonneau cover (if you don't have the serial number).

Since these covers are specific to vehicles and their variations, to narrow down which one you have, we would need more information about your vehicle. You have a Chevrolet Silverado with an 8' bed, but what year is it? Does it have a cargo management system?

With those two additional pieces of information, it will be easier to determine which tonneau cover you have and therefore, the correct replacement tarp.
