Recommended Brake Controller for a 2019 Chevy Colorado

I need to purchase a brake controller for a 2019 Chevy Colorado with a factory installed tow package. Im looking for a unit that would be easily installed and are there any videos specifically for my colorado. Thank you

I have some great brake controller options for a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. There are two main types, wireless and wired. The wireless brake controller will be the easiest to install. For this, I recommend the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180. The other option is a wire controller which will require some minor splicing into the pre-run wires under the dash. For this, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195. I recommend the P3 for frequent towing or the Echo for occasional towing.
