Can You Use Truck Tires on an RV
Question:
I have a Rockwood A122S RV with ST185/80D13 tires and rims. I want to replace trailer tires with lite truck tires for dependability. The rim is a 5 lug setup. Any ideas? I am going to lift the Dexter single axle with one of your lift kits.

Most trailer tires are not rated for passenger vehicles and vice versa. The reason for this is they are made to withstand different weights and travelling conditions.
I strongly recommend against using truck tires for your RV as this can be dangerous. If you'd like to replace the tires and rims on your Rockwood A122S, then you can use the Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel, part # AM3S334. The tire has a load range of D (1710 lbs at 65 psi), and the wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.
I've linked to a video review of this combo for you to look at.
