Question:
A question about Aries Classic Headache Rack - Semi-Gloss Black Powder Coated Steel Item # AA111000 for installation on Ram 1500 Classic Crew Cab 6 ft 4 in. bed, no RamBox. I have a in not spray on bed liner installed. Can this rack be installed without removing the liner? What would be considerations associated with installing this rack with existing liner? Thank you.

Yes, you can use the Aries Classic Headache Rack # AA111000 on your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic with the plastic bed liner. You will need to drill through that plastic bed liner during installation and you'll want to be careful when torqueing the bolts down that you don't over-tighten since the plastic will already be a bit brittle from having a hole drilled in it.
Other that than, you'll have no issues using this on your 1500 Classic.
