The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # A4RS440 you referenced will need to be mounted on your trailer with the rebound springs in front of the spindle. I have provided a graphic displaying the proper set up.
The installation of this product is fairly easy and can be bolted or welded to your trailers frame. It has a weight capacity of 400 lbs, works with # L44649 inner/outer bearings and # L44610 inner/outer races, and comes with a 3-year limited warranty.
