High Capacity Roof Rack for 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for Kayak Carrier  

Question:

I have a 2015 chev Silverado 2500 hd diesel crew cab without any thing on the roofI. I want to install a roof rack for 2 kayaks. I am looking at the Thule roof racks and the Thule folding J style kayak carriers e98878. We need the weight capacity to be 150 lbs or greater. What are the best roof racks for our vehicle to carry our 2 kayaks on the roof. We have a 5th wheel so we can’t use the truck bed for this.

The Thule Wingbar roof rack part numbers # TH711500, # TH710501, and # TH145105 has the highest weight capacity for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab as it has a 165 lb weight capacity.

This would work great with the etrailer kayak carrier you are looking at as well part # e98878.
