I am happy to inform you that we do indeed have the Yakima Outdoorsman 300 Ladder Rack here.

The set that is compatible with your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is the 66" Set for Full Size Beds, part # Y01137-Y00410. I've linked to a video review of this rack for you to look at.

The full version is the only one we carry at the moment. The full is 29", so about 3" taller than the compact version. If you are wanting something not so tall, then we also have the Thule TracRac TracONE, part # TH27000XTB, that is also compatible for your Silverado 1500. It stands at 26-1/4", so just a quarter of inch off of your desired height. I've linked to a video review of this rack for your consideration.
