For your 2016 Keystone Passport Ultra lite Express 151ML I recommend the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701 which is designed to fit Box frames, C-Channel frames, or I-Beam frames that are between 18" - 51" wide and can be bolted on or welded on.
This will give you a 2" trailer hitch receiver with a 500lb tongue weight rating, and 5000lb trailer weight rating allowing you to carry a bike rack. You will want to check with the manufacturer of your trailer to confirm the weight rating of your trailers frame and use the lower rating between the trailer and the hitch.
If you do not already have a bike rack that is rated for use behind a travel trailer, I recommend the Swagman Trailhead 4-Bike Rack for 2" Hitches # S63381 which will support 4 bikes weighing up to 35lbs each, and will withstand the increased stress found on the back of travel trailers that can cause a standard bike rack to fail.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
